Made with 7 Pot Peppers that get their name because one pepper is enough to spice 7 pots of stew…. So I use a pound of these babies per batch. Don’t let the initial lack of heat fool you. This sauce takes about 5 seconds to come to it’s full heat after eating and is besides being an awesome tasting sauce, a great way to prank friends and family.       (Currently Sold out)

Inspired by my good friend, Jorge who mentioned that the sauces I make are great in flavour, but could be more spicy. Be warned, Jorge grew up in a country where they drink hot sauce for breakfast. This sauce is made with fresh Scorpion peppers, currently the second hottest pepper in the world. A combination of fresh herbs and spices and other ingredients will not only give you the burn you desire, but make it a pleasant flavour sensation at the same time.

This is rumoured to be origin of Christian Grey’s twisted mind. A combination of Ghost peppers, 7 Pot peppers, Habanero’s, Jalapeno’s, Hungarian Wax peppers and other fresh ingredients are enough to give anyone deviant desires. Try it at your own risk. Not nearly the hottest sauce of them all, but hot enough to feel the whip tingling your tongue.

This pepper sauce combines three of the hottest peppers in the world (Naga Viper, Moruga Scorpion and Yellow Ghost) with almost everybody’s favorite,  Garlic!  This well balanced sauce gives you the heat and flavour you would expect from a gourmet hot sauce. Hot mustard has always been a staple in English cooking. With Mustard Menace, hot mustard is getting a whole new meaning. A combination of mustard, mangoes and Habanero’s gives this sauce a great kick that is even enjoyed by people not particularly fond of hot sauce. Great for burgers, hot dogs and fish dishes. Unsurprisingly,  a great hit with Englishman all around the city.

Despite it’s name, this is one of the milder hot sauces available through Haico’s Hotsauce. The name comes from the fiery red chilly pepper that is used for this recipe.  The combination of fresh peaches, hot peppers and fresh basil are a sure hit with anyone who likes hot sauce with a smooth flavour.  A great addition to any pasta dish, taco’s, nacho’s and many other meals.

A gateway hot sauce for the aspiring hot sauce lover. If you never had or liked hot sauce before, this is a good sauce to start with. Inspired by my wife and co owner of Haico’s Hotsauce who did not even use pepper on her pork chops before I came into her life. This sauce is mild and even when you do not like spicy stuff, it  will give you a great flavour sensation with a little bit of a bite.
